Long Island Residents File Lawsuit Against “Small Cell” Mini Cell Towers In Front Yards

As CBS2’s Jennifer McLogan reported neighbors are joining together to fight the cellular antennas going up close to their homes, schools and houses of worship.
Jodi and Peter Abraham are filmed with their federal lawsuit in hand as they walked out of Nassau County Supreme Court Thursday, “challenging hundreds of unregulated and wireless facilities, still going up by the dozens across Huntington and Oyster Bay” in the CBS news story .
The lawsuit has been filed in Eastern District federal court against the town and Pennsylvania-based telecom company, Crown Castle NG East LLC, challenging the installation of the wireless devices and alleging the town wasn’t doing enough to regulate them.
