Elizabeth Kelley, MA, Public Health Administration
Executive Director of the Electromagnetic Safety Alliance, Inc.. Formerly, Managing Director for the International Commission on Electromagnetic Safety, based in Italy. In 2009, Kelley received the “Friend of the Consumer Award,” given by CODACONs, an Italian national consumer organization.
Ms. Kelley earned her Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and has worked on public health issues for decades, including as a public policy analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in Washington D.C. Kelley also directs the International EMF Scientist Appeal Campaign to the United Nations, now signed by 244 scientists in 41 nations.
In 1996, Kelley understood that the FCC’s radio-frequency radiation human exposure guidelines were inadequate to protect against adverse biological effects. Since then, after Kelley also discovered that the 1996 Telecommunications Act preempted states’, counties’ and cities’ authority to regulate the placement, construction and modification of Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (WTFs), she has been tirelessly advocating for greater health and environmental protection from non-ionizing radiation sources.
Kelley has produced, or co-produced, several documentary films, including “Public Exposure: DNA, Democracy and the Wireless Revolution” which was awarded Best Documentary at the Santa Cruz Film Festival in 2001 and 2003 and “Cell Phones: Just like Cigarettes”.
Martin L. Pall, PhD
Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences in the School of Molecular Biosciences at Washington State University.
Dr. Pall has long focused on biological regulatory mechanisms of chronic inflammatory diseases, and is particularly expert in how wireless radiation impacts the cells of our bodies. Dr. Pall’s groundbreaking review articles show the biological and health effects of EMFs act primarily via Voltage Gated Calcium Channel activation. Biology is so complex that when you don’t know the main mechanism everything is muddy, but when you do know the main mechanism, almost everything is clear.
Dr. Pall has shown that such Calcium channel activation leads to changes that can produce each of the effects caused by EMFs. Dr. Pall has published eight papers on this topic and now a ninth is currently in review. He has assembled a list of 175 published review studies. documenting a large number of such effects, each of which are denied by the telecommunications industry.
Pall has also written a 90-page, seven-chapter document, which summarizes many of these effects and how they are produced. Over 60% of that document shows how various organizations have corrupted the science assessing the biological effects of Radio-frequency Electromagnetic Microwave Radiation (RF-EMR) exposures.
Pall and Dr. Beatrice Golomb, MD, PhD, wrote compelling letters to California’s Governor Jerry Brown in 2017 about the risks from 5G, urging the Governor to Veto S.649 on health grounds. Dr. Pall received his PhD at Caltech, one of the top scientific institutions in the world.
Timothy Schoechle, PhD
Author of the the paper, Re-lnventing Wires: The Future of Landlines and Networks, published by the National Institute for Science, Law & Public Policy.
Dr. Schoechle is a communications technology expert, international consultant in computer engineering and standardization, former faculty member of the University of Colorado, College of Engineering and Applied Science and Senior Research Fellow, National Institute for Science, Law & Public Policy. Dr. Schoechle was a founder of Bl
Incorporated, pioneer developer of RFID technology. In 2013,
Dr. Schoechle authored the landmark paper, Getting Smarter About the Smart Grid. In Re-lnventing Wires: The Future of Landlines and Networks, to be published in January 2018, Dr. Schoechle brings his technical expertise to bear on the wireless industry’s plans for ‘antenna densification’ , explaining that
- Advanced copper and optical fiber are far superior to wireless in both cost and performance,
- Hard-wiring, including fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) should be the technology of choice
- Only investment in wired, not wireless, information infrastructure will meet the nation’s immediate and long-term needs.
Eric Windheim, BBEC, EMRS
Building Biology Environmental Consultant and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist trained & certified by the International Institute for Building Biology and Ecology: http://www.hbelc.org
Mr. Windheim is an expert at RF-EMR and EMF detection, measurement, reduction and elimination. He is certified to advise homeowners, home buyers, architects, builders, municipalities, building inspectors, and engineers in the methods and practices that create and maintain a minimized presence of RF-EMR and EMR in homes and low rise commercial buildings.
Mr. Windheim recently completed the “Radio Frequency Safety Officer Course” RFSO that is accredited by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. (IEEE). Mr. Windheim is a “House Doctor” who examines, evaluates and reduces EMF exposure in buildings to create “Safe Havens in a Toxic Electromagnetic World” and his clients sleep better and feel better as a result.
